Creative problem solver
I am proud of a career spanning 15+ years where I have had the pleasure of working and leading in-house and agency teams to deliver best in class work for global brands, transforming and helping businesses increase their market share. I have had the pleasure of working for BMB, MullenLowe London full time as designer and creative respectively for clients such as Harley Davidson, SEAT, Tresemme, Knorr, Dairylea, National AIDS Trust and Microsoft.
As a senior level creative I have helped build in-house teams and used my agency experience to manage and cultivate infrastructure for a full-service function based on the agency model. My love of the creative agency but frustration at the silos that can appear in these spaces prompted me to seek opportunities with start-ups and it was with Signal AI that I took my love of tech and brand marketing to create an environment where creatives can work together in more meaningful ways aligning marketing, advertising and design to challenge the status quo.
I have an MA in Graphic Design and Visual Communication from the London College of Communications which I sought after several years working in house for IKEA UK as their Internal Communications Specialist. During this time I helped with the localisation of the UK launch of IKEA Family - the brands loyalty scheme with more than 110 million members worldwide.
I like to think of myself as curious and risk-taking, having freelanced for several years to experience new things and work across as many brands as possible. Working strategically and being an integral part of business leadership, proving the ROI and importance of investing in your design and creative offering has been my focus over the past few years.
