The Shade Bell was an idea I came up with my friend Jeremy Willmott after he showed me 'The Shame Bell' - a trolling response to a scene in hit HBO series 'Game of Thrones'.
I wanted to create an app with my good friend Miss Darienne Lake (of Drag Race fame) but with her saying 'shade!' instead of shame. We had to get the app out quick to be hot on the heels of the shame app so I got another good friend of mine, Dean Russell to illustrate 3 key looks for Mama D for users to choose from.
Each of Darienne's looks have several different ways of her saying 'shade' and have their own unique bell to make calling out shady queens a whole lot easier!
